On the morning of August 29, 2025, at the headquarters of Tia Sang Battery Joint Stock Company (TIBACO), a solemn ceremony was held to commemorate the company’s 65th founding anniversary, with the attendance of leaders at all levels, partners, former staff members, and the entire body of employees.
The event was an opportunity for generations of Tia Sang employees to honor the proud traditions of the company and reflect on its 65-year journey of development – from Tam Bac Battery Factory, Vietnam’s very first battery factory (1960), to today’s well-established TIBACO brand. It was also a meaningful occasion to strengthen bonds with friends and partners, and to express gratitude for the valuable guidance, cooperation, and support from central and local authorities as well as domestic and international partners.
In the jubilant atmosphere of the nation’s 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (2/9), the ceremony proudly welcomed:

A highlight of the event was the touching speech by Mr. Do Ngoc Trac – Chairman of the Company’s Retirees Association, who shared heartfelt memories of the early years. He recalled the hardships of the subsidy period, when some workers weighed only 45 kilograms yet had to lift and carry batteries twice their own body weight. Such stories not only portrayed the resilience and dedication of the workforce but also laid the foundation for the Tia Sang brand we know today.
At the ceremony, the company’s leadership reaffirmed their determination to uphold tradition, drive innovation, and promote research into green energy products and modern technologies. They pledged to continue delivering the best products and services, contributing to a brighter future in step with the sustainable growth of Vietnam’s economy.
